Improved Home/School Communications

In order to improve our home/school communication we are updating our student records and would like to use email as the main mode of communication with you. Please would you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org marked ‘email address’ in the subject box.
Please give us the following:-
• your preferred email address
• your child’s name, year group and mentor group
• if you have more than one child in school please supply the requested details for each child
For parents not living in the family home who still require copies of correspondence and reports, it would be helpful to provide a name and email address for them. If you do not have this information, please supply a telephone number so that we can contact them direct to obtain the email address.
Please remember that if you change your email address you must update us in order for the system to work successfully.
