Staff, students, parents and Governors are proud of the educational standards achieved and of the caring community created in recent years.  In 2009, for the second year running, over 60% of Year 11 students achieved at least 5 A*-C passes and 48% obtained 5 A*-C including English and Maths. School Uniform

The School UniformThe school uniform consists of a burgundy sweatshirt with a Mangotsfield School logo, a white polo shirt with a Mangotsfield School logo, with black trousers for boys and black skirts or trousers for girls. Girls choosing to wear skirts should wear white or grey socks. Shoes should be plain black and should be suitable for the school environment - no heavy boots or extremely high heels. For safety reasons no jewellery is allowed, with the exception of 1 signet ring, and ear studs - a maximum of one in each ear.

A new burgundy sweatshirt in two styles, with a zipped front, is replacing the previous design. All new Year 7 students are expected to wear the new zipped sweatshirts. (If other students are still making good use of the old style of sweatshirt they may continue to do so.)

   
PE Kit

PE Kit

Comprises of a red Mangotsfield polo shirt, blue shorts, blue tracksuit bottoms and suitable sports trainers. No jewellery may be worn and long hair must be tied back.
