Our Specialist Status in Engineering and Science continues to enable us to give our students an exciting, creative climate for learning. We have also further developed sharing resources and good practice with our partner primary schools. Our 2007 OFSTED report commented  that, ‘the school makes good use of its specialist status to enhance the curriculum.

Recent developments include: the enhancement of ICT facilities; participation in a parent and student kit car project sponsored by Airbus and South Gloucestershire;  a week in March focusing on Sustainability and Environment which included an Environment Fair and a joint D&T/Science project with our partner primary schools.

Building on these very positive experiences, many more activities and innovations are planned for the future.
